Active Ageing Reformer Pilates

As we age, we may have challenges with our mobility, balance and strength. This calss is designed to take that into consideration.

With the supprt and resisteance of the reformer we can improve strength, balance, co-ordination.

Modifications and progressions given as needed throughout the class.
We have a hands-on approach, if you’re not comfortable with touch cue’s please let your instructor know.

We recommend comfortable clothing, and grip socks, no shoes are worn on the reformer.

If wearing shorts please do have fitted lining.
