Dynamic Reformer Pilates uses greater resistance and more reps which will challenge your fitness and get you sweating.

What to expect.
An up-beat class that brings you the best of Pilates while adding in elements of strength and conditioning exercises.
A mixed ability class where we keep moving, time under tension is the key to dynamic reformer training.

A low impact, full body workout, that uses continuous tension, to fatigue specific muscle groups and modifications and progressions are given as needed.

We recommend comfortable clothing, and grip socks, if wearing shorts please do have fitted lining. It gets sweaty so bring a sweat towel and water.

Not suitable for all injuries so please do get in touch if you are recovering from injury so we can assess.
