Pilates on the mat
Traditional Mat Pilates is a full body workout that is both strengthening and lengthening with a specific focus on your core muscles.

Our classes are mixed ability, modifications and progressions given as needed throughout the class.
We have a hands-on approach, if you’re not comfortable with touch cue’s please let your instructor know.
Mats are provided but feel free to bring your own.
We recommend comfortable clothing and socks, if wearing shorts please do have fitted lining.
