Men Only Class

Pilates is traditionally seen as something only women do. But more and more men are seeing the benefits and while you are welcome to join any class you might like to start your Pilates journey in a class dedicated to men only.
The class is designed for men with two key goals, Core training and Injury prevention, and maybe a little sweat!
Give it a try and you will join the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, David Beckham and rugby teams such as Ireland and the All Blacks.

We recommend comfortable clothing, and grip socks, if wearing shorts please do have fitted lining. It gets sweaty so bring a sweat towel and water.
